I support women through hormonal transitions, from cycle concerns and fertility, to pregnancy and postpartum, through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Many of the women I work with are looking for answers. They may be struggling with PMS, irregular, heavy or painful periods, PMOS, fertility challenges, postpartum concerns, sleep disruption, hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, weight gain or mood changes. Often, they simply don’t feel like themselves and want to understand why.
For women navigating perimenopause, that may mean changes in sleep, energy, mood, stress tolerance, concentration, or menstrual cycles that suddenly seem less predictable. Many have been told their symptoms are simply part of getting older, or the result of being busy, stressed, or juggling too much, but they know that something has shifted. Women in this stage of life often tell me that the things that used to work for them just aren’t working anymore.
My goal is to help you make sense of what’s happening in your body. Together, we’ll explore the factors contributing to your symptoms and create a personalized, evidence-informed plan that fits your life. I want you to leave our visits feeling heard, informed, and confident in your next steps.
I take the time to understand your complete health picture and help you focus on the changes most likely to make a meaningful difference. Rather than adding more to your already full plate, I strive to provide clear recommendations that are practical, sustainable, and grounded in current evidence.
As both a Naturopathic Doctor and a PhD-trained researcher, I am passionate about helping women feel supported and confident as they navigate some of life’s most significant hormonal transitions. Too often, women are left feeling dismissed, confused, or uncertain about the changes they’re experiencing. I believe women deserve healthcare that takes their concerns seriously, provides clear answers when possible, and helps them feel empowered to make decisions that align with their values, goals, and stage of life.
